You can purchase PatientWorks' Addressograph® parts and supplies via NewBold Direct. We offer supplies for the imprinters and embossers. Imprinter supplies include ink roller replacements, metal embossed station plates, patient card holders and replacements parts. Embosser supplies include blank plastic PVC cards.

NewBold® offers cost effective maintenance service programs for both our imprinters and embossers. NewBold offers a Replacement Service Program for your imprinters. We offer an Advanced Replacement Service Program on our embossers. We also offer depot repair (return to factory) service on both imprinter and embosser equipment.
