- Who is TSI and what's the history behind the name?
- TSI (formerly know as the CompuRegister® Division) announced a name change of the division on March 1, 2005. The division is now known as TSI (Total Systems Integration). The name change reflects the division's growing business in a broad array of professional and technical services for the retail industry, as well as its expansion in the number of hardware solutions sold and supported.
- What services do you provide?
TSI provides key services to implement new technology solutions in industries such as Retail, Hospitality, etc. Our Total Systems Integration (TSI) team delivers the following value-added services:
Our TSI model of delivering a total solution of hardware and services is our niche in the marketplace and delivers a solution that is of the highest quality, while remaining very cost effective.
- Where is TSI located?
- TSI is an international company and division of NewBold® Corporation. Our head office is located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. We have regional offices in the US and Canada and have our deployment team available in the Americas. Services are available in the Americas and cover all remote sites, including key facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil for international projects.
- To whom does TSI sell?
- We are a technology implementer and specialize in the Retail and Hospitality marketplaces. Our niche in the marketplace is providing the staging and deployment of systems (PCs, workstations, laptops, servers, etc.) to multi-site environments. We have also completed international projects in other industries where we have implemented new technology solutions in multi-site environments.
- How many employees work for TSI?
- We have a network of over 3,000 professional resources that include Project management, Pre-Shipment & Deployment technicians and a support team that can manage and deploy large scale projects on time and on budget.
- Who are your customers?
- Our customers include Chanel, True Value, Anna's Linens, Washington State Liquor Control Board, Goodwill Companies, Burberry's, Tommy Hilfiger, Beverages and More, Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, Izod, Exel Global and many more.
