Yves Sidney Announced Executive Vice President

NewBold Corporation, an international provider of products and services enabling the implementation of identification and technology solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Yves Sidney to Executive Vice President effective immediately. In his new role, Sidney will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s technology division based in Greenville, SC.

“This is an exceedingly well-deserved promotion for Yves. Since joining NewBold Corporation, he has demonstrated his ability to execute our strategic plans with a high level of competitive urgency and consistency. Yves has been an outstanding member of my executive leadership team since joining our company in 2019. I am pleased that we are able to elevate him to this new role as Executive Vice President,” stated NewBold Corporation President and CEO Keith Howerin.

Sidney has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the business services industry, in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Newbold Corporation, he served as Vice President, Chief of Staff for Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ: CCRN) where his primary focus was operational execution, business insights and analytics, strategic planning, and project management.

Before joining Cross Country Healthcare, Sidney held various leadership roles with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) and Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) focusing on operational excellence and organic growth in roles ranging from Director of Field Services to General Manager.

Sidney holds a BA from Vanderbilt University.
